Description

These Chopped Cheeseburger Sliders are a delicious twist on classic sliders, featuring seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and optional toppings, all baked to perfection on slider buns. Perfect for a quick family dinner or as a crowd-pleasing party snack.

Ingredients

Chopped Cheeseburger Mixture:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small yellow onion, finely diced
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Slider Assembly:

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Optional toppings: pickles, shredded lettuce, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook Onions and Beef: In a skillet, sauté the diced onion in olive oil until softened. Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, then stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  3. Assemble Sliders: Spread mayo on slider buns in a baking dish. Spoon the cheeseburger mixture over the buns, add desired toppings, and cover with the bun tops.
  4. Bake: Bake uncovered for 10–12 minutes until toasted. Serve warm with condiments.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider sprinkling sesame seeds on the buns before baking or using a cheese blend.
  • These sliders are perfect for game days or quick family meals.
