Ingredients
For the Truffles:
- 8 ounces semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (room temperature)

- cocoa powder
- powdered sugar
- finely chopped nuts
- shredded coconut

Instructions
- Prepare the Ganache: Place chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Heat cream until simmering, pour over chocolate, add butter and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
