Ingredients
For the crust:
- 1 box chocolate cake mix (15.25 oz)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
For the filling:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Make the crust: In a bowl, mix chocolate cake mix, melted butter, and egg. Press into the pan.
- Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese and peanut butter. Add eggs, vanilla, melted butter, and powdered sugar. Pour over crust.
