Description

Indulge in a delightful treat with these Chocolate Covered Raspberries. Fresh raspberries dipped in luscious chocolate make for a perfect blend of fruity sweetness and rich cocoa. A simple yet elegant dessert that’s easy to make and even easier to enjoy!

Ingredients

Fresh Raspberries:

1 pint

Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips or Melting Wafers:

6 ounces

Coconut Oil:

1 teaspoon (optional, for smoother melting)

White Chocolate:

for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Rinse and Dry Raspberries: Gently rinse raspberries and pat dry completely.
  2. Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Dip Raspberries: Dip each raspberry into the melted chocolate and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle with White Chocolate: Optionally, drizzle melted white chocolate over the dipped raspberries.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until the chocolate sets.
  7. Serve: Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Ensure raspberries are completely dry to prevent chocolate from seizing.
  • Store in a single layer in the fridge for up to 2 days.
