- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Make the cookie layer: Cream together butter and sugars, then mix in eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and fold in chocolate chips.
