Ingredients
For the cupcakes:

Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into cupcake liners, and bake for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the cheesecake batter: Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, then mix in the egg, vanilla, sour cream, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined. Divide batter over crusts and bake until set.
