Ingredients

Brownie Layer:

  • 1 batch baked and cooled brownies (about 8×8-inch pan)

Whipped Cream:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Chocolate Mousse:

  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream (for mousse)
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings or curls (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Brownie Layer: Cut the cooled brownies into small cubes and set aside.
  2. Whipped Cream: In a mixing bowl, whip 2 cups of heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Chill until ready to use.
