- Set Toasted Ingredients Aside: Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- Prepare Loaf Pan: Line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal of the bars.
- Layer Berries: Add the chopped strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries into the loaf pan in layers for even distribution.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle the toasted almonds, coconut flakes, and chia seeds evenly over the berries.
- Drizzle Chocolate: Pour the melted chocolate mixture evenly over the layered berries and toppings.

- Remove from Freezer: Take the loaf pan out of the freezer when fully set.
- Unmold Bars: Using the parchment paper flaps, lift the frozen block onto a cutting board.
- Let Thaw Slightly: Allow the block to thaw for 2-3 minutes so it is easier to slice.
- Slice into Bars: Using a serrated knife, cut the block into 8 equal bars.
- Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately or store the bars in the freezer for later enjoyment.
Notes
- Make sure to stir the chocolate frequently while melting to prevent burning.
- Toast almonds and coconut carefully to avoid burning; remove from heat once golden.
- You can substitute the nuts with other seeds or nuts if desired.
- These bars are best kept frozen or refrigerated to maintain firmness.
- Allowing the bars to soften briefly before slicing prevents cracking and crumbling.
