Ingredients
For the Steak:

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
For the Vegetables:
- 1 large green bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 large yellow onion (sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
For the Sauce:
- 1/4 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For Garnish (Optional):

Instructions
- Marinate the Steak: In a medium bowl, toss the sliced steak with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Marinate for 10–15 minutes.
- Sear the Steak: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear the steak for 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
