Ingredients
Protein
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
Vegetables
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Sauces and Oils
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Spices
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and fully cooked through.
- Add Vegetables: Add the minced garlic and sliced zucchini to the skillet with the chicken. Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until the zucchini becomes tender but still slightly crisp.
- Make the Sauce: Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes if using. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the chicken and vegetables evenly.
- Season and Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Serve the stir fry hot, ideally over steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
