A creamy and flavorful pasta dish combining tender chicken, al dente spaghetti, fresh burrata cheese, and a zesty lemon butter garlic sauce.

- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz burrata cheese (2 small balls or 1 large)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add the butter and let it melt. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice, zest, chicken broth, and red pepper flakes. Stir and let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Add Parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Top the pasta with sliced chicken and burrata cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute spaghetti with linguine or fettuccine.
- Add a handful of baby spinach or arugula for extra greens.
- Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker version.
