Ingredients

Spaghetti:

  • 12 oz spaghetti

Chicken:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Additional:

  • 8 oz burrata cheese (23 small balls)
  • lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the Spaghetti: Boil spaghetti until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Season chicken and cook until golden and cooked through.
  3. Prepare the Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce: Melt butter, sauté garlic, add lemon zest, juice, and broth. Simmer.
  4. Combine: Add drained spaghetti, chicken, Parmesan to the sauce. Toss and adjust consistency with pasta water.
  5. Serve: Top with torn burrata, parsley, and lemon wedges.
