Instructions

- Assemble Pinwheels: Spread the prepared cream cheese and chicken mixture evenly over each burrito-size flour tortilla, covering the surface. Then, roll up each tortilla tightly to encase the filling.
- Chill and Slice: Place the rolled tortillas in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes to allow the filling to firm up. After chilling, use a sharp knife to slice the rolls into bite-sized pinwheel slices. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
