Ingredients

Chicken Cordon Bleu:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices ham
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  2. Pound Chicken: Pound chicken breasts to ¼-inch thickness. Place ham and cheese on each breast, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks.
