Chicken Cordon Bleu:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices ham
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pound Chicken: Pound chicken breasts to ¼-inch thickness. Place ham and cheese on each breast, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks.
- Coat Chicken: Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a dish. Dip chicken rolls in flour, then eggs, and coat in breadcrumbs.
- Bake: Place in greased baking dish, drizzle with butter, and bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Serve: Remove toothpicks before serving.
