Ingredients
For the Meatloaf:
- 2 pounds ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 6 ounces sliced deli ham
- 6 ounces sliced Swiss cheese
For the Creamy Dijon Gravy:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease a loaf pan.
- Prepare the meatloaf: In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Flatten the mixture, layer with ham and cheese, then roll up.
