Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth

For the Biscuit Topping:

  • 1 (11.36-ounce) box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer Ingredients: Pour melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Layer shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, and set aside.
  3. Prepare Biscuit Batter: In a bowl, mix biscuit mix, milk, and cheddar. Pour over chicken and vegetables.
  4. Make Chicken Soup Mixture: Combine cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper. Pour over biscuit layer.
