- 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
For the Biscuit Topping:
- 1 (11.36-ounce) box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer Ingredients: Pour melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Layer shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, and set aside.
- Prepare Biscuit Batter: In a bowl, mix biscuit mix, milk, and cheddar. Pour over chicken and vegetables.
- Make Chicken Soup Mixture: Combine cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper. Pour over biscuit layer.
