Description

These Chicken Caesar Salad Tortilla Cones are a fun and delicious twist on a classic Caesar salad. Crispy tortilla cones are filled with a flavorful mixture of chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and crunchy romaine lettuce, making it a perfect appetizer or light meal.


Ingredients

For the Tortilla Cones:

  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • olive oil spray

For the Salad:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • optional: croutons, crushed for crunch


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
