Description

Ingredients

Pasta Salad:

  • 3 cups cooked pasta (such as rotini or bowtie)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets, blanched

  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Dressing:

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
