Ingredients

Pasta:

  • 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

Chicken:

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 oz cremini or button mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ cup dry white wine (optional)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
