Description

These Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders are flavor-packed bites featuring juicy shredded chicken, crispy bacon, ranch dressing, and melted cheddar cheese on buttery Hawaiian rolls.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken (preferably rotisserie)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 6 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected if possible.
  3. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  4. Place bottom half of rolls in baking dish. Spread chicken mixture over rolls, then sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls back on to form sliders.
  6. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with garlic powder. Brush over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover for the last few minutes for a crispier top if desired.
  8. Let sit for a couple minutes, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for maximum flavor and convenience.
  • Don’t skip the garlic butter—it enhances the sliders’ richness.
  • Lightly press down the sliders before baking for better melding.
  • Let them rest a few minutes after baking for cleaner cuts.
