Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken (preferably rotisserie)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 6 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected if possible.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Place bottom half of rolls in baking dish. Spread chicken mixture over rolls, then sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on to form sliders.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter with garlic powder. Brush over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover for the last few minutes for a crispier top if desired.
- Let sit for a couple minutes, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for maximum flavor and convenience.
- Don’t skip the garlic butter—it enhances the sliders’ richness.
- Lightly press down the sliders before baking for better melding.
- Let them rest a few minutes after baking for cleaner cuts.
