Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
For Serving:
- 3–4 heads Belgian endive (separated into individual leaves)
- Chopped chives or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
