Description

Ingredients

Chicken Salad:

  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries

Dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

For Serving:

  • 34 heads Belgian endive (separated into individual leaves)
