Description

Indulge in the perfect combination of peanut butter and Butterfinger candy bars with these chewy and irresistible cookies. They are easy to make and even easier to enjoy!

Ingredients

Cookie Dough:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Add-ins:

  • 1 cup chopped Butterfinger candy bars

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Dough: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well. Stir in the baking soda, salt, and flour until a soft dough forms.
  3. Add the Butterfinger: Fold in the chopped Butterfinger candy bars.
  4. Bake: Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 9–11 minutes until lightly golden on the edges and set in the center.
  5. Cool and Enjoy: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For extra chewiness, slightly underbake the cookies and let them finish setting on the pan.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
