Ingredients
Ground Beef Mixture:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (10-ounce) can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Tater Tot Layer:
- 1 (28-ounce) bag frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook Beef: Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet, drain fat, then add seasonings, Rotel, and soup. Stir in 1 cup of cheese.
- Layer and Bake: Spread beef mixture in the dish, top with tater tots, and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bake until melted.
