- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the bread: Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the center slightly. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cook the spinach: Sauté garlic in olive oil, add spinach, cook until wilted, season with salt and pepper, then let cool.
