Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prepare for baking.
- Mix Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
