Description

Ingredients

Cheesy Rich and Creamy Spinach Dip:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach (or thawed frozen spinach, squeezed dry)
  • 1/2 cup cooked small shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup lump crab meat, drained and picked over
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Dip: In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese, half of the mozzarella, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Fold in spinach, shrimp, crab meat, lemon juice, and green onion.
  3. Bake: Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  4. Serve: Let cool slightly before serving with chips, bread, or vegetables.

Notes
