A quick and easy snack or dinner featuring golden crescent dough filled with gooey mozzarella cheese and spicy pepperoni, perfect for kids and game nights.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 24 pepperoni slices
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (plus more for dipping)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter (optional, for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each triangle. Add mozzarella cheese and a few slices of pepperoni. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Starting at the wide end, roll each triangle up like a crescent roll and place it on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter if using.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
