Description

A quick and easy snack or dinner featuring golden crescent dough filled with gooey mozzarella cheese and spicy pepperoni, perfect for kids and game nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 24 pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (plus more for dipping)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter (optional, for brushing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each triangle. Add mozzarella cheese and a few slices of pepperoni. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  4. Starting at the wide end, roll each triangle up like a crescent roll and place it on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter if using.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
