Ingredients
Puff Pastry:
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- all-purpose flour (for dusting)
Gochujang Mixture:
- 2 tablespoons gochujang paste
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Filling:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 spring onions (thinly sliced)
Egg Wash:
- 1 egg (beaten)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the pastry: Lightly flour a surface and roll out the puff pastry sheet into a rectangle. In a bowl, mix the gochujang paste, honey, and soy sauce.
- Add the filling: Spread the gochujang mixture on the pastry, then sprinkle with mozzarella and spring onions.
- Roll and slice: Roll the pastry into a log, slice into pieces, and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake: Brush with egg wash and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
