Description

These wraps combine juicy chicken, gooey melted cheese, and aromatic garlic, all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Quick, customizable, and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 soft flour tortilla wraps
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Italian herbs or paprika
  • Optional: sliced onions
  • Optional: bell peppers
  • Optional: spinach
  • Optional: favorite sauce (e.g., ranch, sriracha, BBQ)


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat butter or oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to coat in garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs or paprika. Heat through.
  3. Lay out tortilla wraps. Add a portion of the chicken mixture to each wrap. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken. Add optional ingredients as desired.
  4. Fold the tortillas into wraps or burritos. Place them seam-side down on the skillet or a panini press and toast until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  5. Slice in half and serve immediately while hot and gooey.

Notes

  • Don’t overstuff the wraps to avoid spilling.
  • Fresh garlic provides the best flavor.
  • Toast on medium heat to melt cheese without burning the wrap.
  • Add cheese near the surface to help the wrap hold together.
