Ingredients
Lasagna:
- 9 lasagna noodles
 - 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
 - 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
 - 2 cups ricotta cheese
 - 1 large egg
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 - 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
 
Ranch Drizzle:
- 2 tablespoons butter
 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
 - 1 1/2 cups whole milk
 - 1/4 cup ranch dressing (plus more for drizzle)
 - Chopped green onions for garnish
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: to 375°F (190°C).
 - Cook lasagna noodles: according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
 - Prepare chicken: Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a large bowl.
 - Make ricotta mixture: Combine ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
 - Prepare ranch sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk and ranch dressing, stirring until smooth.
 - Layer lasagna: Start with a thin layer of ranch sauce in a greased baking dish, then layer noodles, ricotta mixture, chicken, cheeses, and repeat. Top with remaining cheeses.
 - Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
 - Rest & serve: Let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before drizzling with ranch dressing and garnishing with green onions.
