Ingredients

Lasagna:

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Ranch Drizzle:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (plus more for drizzle)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles: according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. Prepare chicken: Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a large bowl.
  4. Make ricotta mixture: Combine ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Prepare ranch sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk and ranch dressing, stirring until smooth.
  6. Layer lasagna: Start with a thin layer of ranch sauce in a greased baking dish, then layer noodles, ricotta mixture, chicken, cheeses, and repeat. Top with remaining cheeses.
  7. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
