Description
Spicy, cheesy biscuit-wrapped bites filled with creamy buffalo chicken, perfect for parties, snacks, or a quick meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie recommended)
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce (e.g., Frank’s RedHot)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tsp dried parsley flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 3–4 inch disk. Place a heaping tablespoon of filling in the center of each.
- Fold and pinch the dough around the filling to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley if using.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing if desired.
Notes
- To add extra heat, mix chopped jalapeños or a pinch of cayenne into the filling.
- For a milder flavor, replace some buffalo sauce with ranch dressing.
- You can substitute cheddar with mozzarella or pepper jack for variety.
- Use crescent roll or puff pastry dough as alternatives for different textures.
