Description

This Cheesy Broccoli Chicken and Rice Casserole is a comforting and easy-to-make dish that the whole family will love. It combines tender chicken, steamed broccoli, cooked rice, and a creamy cheese sauce baked to perfection.


Ingredients

For the Casserole:

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (steamed until tender)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter (for greasing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine rice, chicken, broccoli, soup, sour cream, milk, seasonings, and 1 cup of cheddar.
  3. Bake: Spread mixture in the dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 25–30 minutes.
