Ingredients
Ground Beef Mixture:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- ½ cup water
Cheesy Filling:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Additional Ingredients:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- ¼ cup salsa (plus more for dipping)
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
- Nonstick cooking spray or oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
- Cook Beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning and water, simmer until thickened.
- Assemble: Spread salsa on tortillas, top with beef mixture, cheeses, and green onions. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
- Serve: Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm with salsa or sour cream.
