Chicken:

Rice Mixture:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Season Chicken: Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sear Chicken: In a skillet, sear chicken on both sides until golden.
- Prepare Rice Mixture: Mix cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and paprika.
