Ingredients
For the Dip:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ pound raw shrimp (peeled, deveined, and chopped)
- ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
- ½ cup lump crab meat (picked over for shells)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the Shrimp: In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook the shrimp with Old Bay seasoning until just pink. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Prepare the Dip Mixture: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Fold in shrimp, crab meat, spinach, mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Bake the Dip: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with remaining Parmesan, and bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions or parsley and serve warm with crackers or chips.
