Description

These Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a delightful twist on traditional cheesecake, featuring fresh strawberries filled with a creamy, sweet cheesecake mixture and topped with graham cracker crumbs. Perfect for a light and refreshing dessert or elegant party appetizer.

Ingredients

Fresh Strawberries:

1 pound, washed and hulled

Cream Cheese:

8 oz, softened

Powdered Sugar:

1/4 cup

Vanilla Extract:

1/2 teaspoon

Graham Cracker Crumbs:

1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Slice and Prep Strawberries: Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise and scoop out a small cavity in the center of each half.
  2. Prepare Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Fill Strawberries: Pipe the cheesecake mixture into the hollowed-out strawberries.
  4. Top and Chill: Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the filled strawberries and chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can add a dash of lemon zest to the cheesecake mixture for extra brightness.
  • For a more indulgent treat, drizzle melted chocolate over the strawberries before chilling.
