Ingredients
Cheesecake Balls:
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (plus extra for coating)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (melted)
Optional Coatings:
- Melted chocolate
- Sprinkles
- Crushed nuts
- Cookie crumbs
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs and melted white chocolate until well combined.
- Cover and chill the mixture for at least 1 hour or until firm enough to handle.
- Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls using a spoon or small cookie scoop.
- Roll each ball in extra graham cracker crumbs or your choice of coating.
- Chill for another 30 minutes to set. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- You can dip the balls in melted chocolate for a candy-like coating or flavor the filling with lemon zest, crushed Oreos, or mini chocolate chips for variety.
