Description

Ingredients

Cheesecake Balls:

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (plus extra for coating)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Optional Coatings:

  • Melted chocolate
  • Sprinkles
  • Crushed nuts
  • Cookie crumbs


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and melted white chocolate until well combined.
  3. Cover and chill the mixture for at least 1 hour or until firm enough to handle.
  4. Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls using a spoon or small cookie scoop.
  5. Roll each ball in extra graham cracker crumbs or your choice of coating.
  6. Chill for another 30 minutes to set. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes
