Description

These Cheeseburger Tater Tot Cups are a delightful combination of crispy tater tots filled with seasoned ground beef, topped with melted cheddar cheese, and garnished with pickles and green onions. Perfect as party appetizers or a fun family dinner!


Ingredients

Tater Tot Cups:

  • 2 cups frozen tater tots

Beef Filling:

  • ½ pound ground beef
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped pickles and green onions for garnish (optional)
  • Nonstick cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray. Place tater tots in each cup and bake.
