Ingredients
Cheese Puffs:
- 1 package (10–12 count) frozen or homemade cheese puffs (such as gougères or mini cheddar puffs)
Mini Meat Patties:
- 1/2 pound ground beef or ground turkey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Slider Sauce:
- 4 slices cheddar or American cheese (cut into quarters)
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Additional Ingredients:
- Lettuce leaves (cut small)
- 1 small tomato (thinly sliced)
- Pickle slices (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat oven according to cheese puff package directions or prepare homemade cheese puffs in advance.
- Prepare Meat Patties: In a mixing bowl, season the ground meat and form into mini patties. Cook in a skillet until done, adding cheese to melt.
- Make Slider Sauce: Mix ketchup, mustard, and mayo in a bowl.
- Assemble Sliders: Fill each cheese puff with lettuce, tomato, meat patty, and sauce. Add pickles if desired.
- Serve: Serve immediately and enjoy!
