Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Cheese Mix:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Add cheddar and Parmesan cheeses.
