Ingredients
Tortillas:
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon (optional)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Add Ingredients: Stir in cheddar cheese, green onions, and bacon if desired.
- Spread and Roll: Spread the mixture on each tortilla, leaving a border. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic. Chill for at least 1 hour.
- Slice and Serve: Unwrap and slice into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Pinwheels can be made a day ahead. Add bell peppers or spinach for extra crunch and color. Try different flavored wraps for variety.
