Description

These Cheddar Ranch Pinwheels are a crowd-pleasing appetizer featuring a creamy and flavorful filling rolled up in tortillas. Perfect for parties or as a tasty snack!


Ingredients

Tortillas:

  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Mix the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Add Ingredients: Stir in cheddar cheese, green onions, and bacon if desired.
  3. Spread and Roll: Spread the mixture on each tortilla, leaving a border. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic. Chill for at least 1 hour.
