Description

These homemade cereal bars are a delightful treat that are perfect for snacking or a quick breakfast on the go. Made with crispy rice cereal, peanut butter, and honey, these bars are a crowd-pleaser for both kids and adults.


Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

  • 4 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup honey or light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, peanut butter, and brown sugar. Stir until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat, add vanilla and salt.
