Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
To Serve
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (fresh or jarred)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Spice Mix: In a small bowl or spice jar, thoroughly mix together the dried basil, dried parsley, garlic powder, dried oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, ground black pepper, and kosher salt.
- Assemble the Dip: To serve, spoon about 1 tablespoon of the spice mix onto a small plate. Add 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic on top followed by a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
