Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Additional:
- 1/2 cup thick caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
- Optional: sea salt flakes for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake for 8 minutes.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and flour. Pour over crust.
- Add Caramel: Drop spoonfuls of caramel over the filling and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes until just set. Cool, then chill for at least 4 hours.
- Serve: Drizzle with caramel, sprinkle with sea salt, slice, and enjoy!
