Ingredients
Filling:
- 1 cup diced apples (peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Cream Cheese Mixture:
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
Assembly:
- 48 small pretzels
- ½ cup crushed pretzels (for topping)
- ½ cup white chocolate or almond bark (melted, optional for drizzle)
Instructions
- Cook Apple Filling: In a skillet, cook apples, lemon juice, brown sugar, and cinnamon until caramelized. Cool.
- Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: Beat cream cheese with caramel sauce. Fold in cooled apples.
- Assemble: Sandwich apple mixture between pretzels. Top with crushed pretzels, caramel, and white chocolate.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before serving.
