Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 4 tablespoons caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Ground cinnamon or cinnamon sticks for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill the apple cider in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until cold.
  2. Pour 1/2 cup of chilled apple cider into each serving glass.
  3. Add one scoop of vanilla ice cream to each glass.
  4. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce over each float.
  5. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired.
  6. Serve immediately with a spoon and straw.

Notes

  • Use freshly pressed apple cider for the best flavor.
  • You can warm the cider before pouring it over the ice cream for a warm-cold contrast.
