- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 4 tablespoons caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling

Instructions
- Chill the apple cider in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until cold.
- Pour 1/2 cup of chilled apple cider into each serving glass.
- Add one scoop of vanilla ice cream to each glass.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce over each float.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired.
- Serve immediately with a spoon and straw.
