Ingredients
Asparagus:
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Additional Toppings:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella pearls
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Asparagus: Spread trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, then toss to coat.
- Roast: Roast in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes until tender and slightly golden.
- Add Toppings: Remove from the oven and top with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella pearls. Return to the oven for 3 to 5 minutes until the mozzarella softens.
