Description

Ingredients

Croissants:

  • 4 large croissants (sliced in half)

Garlic Butter Mixture:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Filling:

  • 8 slices deli turkey breast
  • 4 slices Havarti cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley.
  3. Brush Croissants: Brush the insides of the sliced croissants with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Assemble: Layer turkey and Havarti cheese on the bottom half of each croissant. Add Dijon mustard if desired. Place the top half back on.
  5. Brush and Bake: Brush the tops of croissants with more garlic butter. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
