Basa Fillets:

  • 4 basa fillets (about 6 ounces each)

Buttery Garlic Mixture:

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  2. Prepare Basa: Place basa fillets in the baking dish in a single layer.
  3. Make Butter Garlic Mixture: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture over the fish.
