Toffee Mixture:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 250°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the pretzels: Spread the pretzels evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Make the toffee: In a medium saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Boil without stirring for 3 minutes.
- Add flavor: Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract and baking soda. Pour over pretzels and toss to coat.
